Other suggestions: Race night, football cards, on matchdays/at events Volunteers required please, Sponsored walk (felt that walking to Oldham may be inappropriate), midweek away games to be streamed in Ratcliffe (Barnet)

Fans forum, meeting with board, fan engagement – MK to arrange with club, attempt to get Forum on Zoom

Meetings on matchdays to carry on – investigate if possible to broadcast
Community ownership fund application
Following extensive investigation, decided this was an onerous task on any one person not steeped in public sector funding application processes to carry out. There is no business plan beyond buying the pitch and handing the cash over to the club.
GB/MK/GD to get together and investigate how we can move this forward
Lottery
Meeting with Hornets set for tomorrow (9th January)
Have not yet met with Dave Tully re: Mayfield lottery
Consider inviting Vince Ashall to get involved with lottery – GB to contact him

Stewarding meeting follow up has been requested no date yet set

It seems that a handful of board members are dealing with incoming mail in an efficient and timely manner
Volunteer army
On agenda for next meeting with directors. No apparent progress
Suggested the presentation given previously by GD is done in person

This was agreed at the November club meeting but nothing has been presented to the Trust – MK to follow up

Pails to be obtained for Trust desk cash collecting
Leafleting Trust membership forms in Ratcliffe pre-match. Volunteer(s) required

To be held in March. MK to obtain costs and advise game chosen

- Promotion of Wealdstone game to follow-up the Boxing Day initiative
