Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Rochdale Association Football Club Limited will be held at 5.30pm on Tuesday 10th December in The Ratcliffe Bar.
Shareholders will have received notice and other relevant papers via email within the last 24 hours. Any Shareholder who has not registered their email, or who needs to update their contact details, can do so by emailing shares@rochdaleafc.co.uk.
Shareholders will have the opportunity to ask the Board of Directors questions relating to the business of the AGM, this time under the ‘any other business’ section of the meeting.
This will be followed by a Fans’ Forum on Thursday 30th January 2025 in The Ratcliffe, where members of the Board will be in attendance, along with Chief Operating Officer George Delves, Director of Commercial Operations Andy Duff, Community Trust Director Ryan Bradley and Head Coach Jimmy McNulty.
