The Trust Board is made up of volunteers, who each have a specific role within the Trust. It’s fair to say that we are short of numbers, which results in an increased workload for current Directors. Anyone interested in helping either as a volunteer or as a Board Member should contact the Trust.
We can have a maximum of 20 Board members, but are currently well below this number. We usually hold formal Trust Board meetings monthly, with informal meetings almost weekly. Meetings with the club are held each quarter, with almost daily informal contact being maintained.
