Last Friday the Trust held a Race Night at Spotland Social club, although not as well attended as hoped it was a great night which went smoothly and raised £577.50!
This is an excellent amount which was raised through selling horses, sponsoring races, selling Tricast square and of course betting on the night. The final race of the night was an auction race which totaled £122.50 with £70 going to the winner.
The signed shirt was won through an online bid of £110; no further bids came on the night.
The Tricast was won by ‘Scouse’ and he got a lovely text on Saturday morning telling him he’d won £100, he collected it before the Yeovil game with a big grin!
