With the end of the world cup only a few days gone, and with an rather exciting result on the pitch, not only the winner but the third place as well (Englands best finish in since 1966) having greatly entertained, we can now print (apologies for the copy quality) the final result of the Dale trust World Cup prediction league which saw a very close finish amongst the top five, in fact we wonder if the winner has a link to Gypsie Rose Lee!
So congratulations to Mark Wagstaff, better known as Nigeriamark. Mark certainly knew his stuff, but a closer analysis shows that the thinking of the top five was very much aligned, though Mark took the top spot and the prize from the Daletrust, which Trust coordinator Scott Goulding (way down the list!) will organise.
