Easyfundraising February update

We received a total of £35.38 from Easyfundraising based around Dale supporters using their service for their online services.

The Trust receives their money from Easyfundraising on a quarterly basis and we were delighted to receive an email this week informing us that there is a cheque for £101.14 on the way which shows how all the purchases add up to the benefit of the Dale Trust.

If you’ve never used Easyfundraising before, to put it simply, its a way of earning free money for the Trust. Once you’ve registered with Easyfundraising with the Dale Trust as your chosen charity, use the Easyfundraising home page to start any of your online purchases, and the retailer will make a donation back to the Trust. Sometimes, its a few pence, but as you can see, it all adds up and the cumulative figure is approaching £4,000 since we started with Easyfundraising.

And if you’re a little forgetful, you download a service for your browser which will recognise if your online retailer is partnered with Easyfundraising and ask you if you want to activate the donation. As someone who uses that, it is invaluable.
