The Trust’s donation to Joe Thompson’s Christies appeal has been raised to £655 following a £50 donation from a Trust member.
On the day of the Joe Thompson testimonial, we announced that any members signing up on the day would see their £10 membership fee donated to the Christies appeal, with the Trust matching that donation. We received 28 sign ups on that day raising £560. We also received a further £45 worth of donations on the day as well taking it to £605.
However, we were delighted to receive a cheque for an additional £50 last week from a Trust member in Scotland. This takes the total to £655 that we have now donated to Joe’s appeal.
