Fundraising Update

Our fundraising total now stands at £35,539.24 to support our legal defence against Morton House.

Tuesday night’s game against Port Vale saw a total of £610.69 collected in from supporters this weekend. Our collectors were inside the turnstiles and at the Trust Desk and will be again this weekend at the match against Northampton.

Please can we remind everyone that we are incredibly grateful for every donation that we receive, and its humbling seeing supporters donate in such numbers. But whilst we will continue to collect money on matchdays as often as possible for the remainder of the season, we are not expecting supporters to be donating every single game.

Our total of £35,539.24 is made up of (at time of writing):

Crowdjustice: £25,371
Easyfundraising: £265.60
Monthly donations: £501
Matchday collections: £2,502.64
Quiz Night / Auction: £646
Fans Forum Raffle: £268
Dale Ale from Cem Pub: £265
Other donations: £5,720

If you would like to contribute to the fund, you can contribute in many ways

  • Straight donation to the CrowdJustice campaign. You can do that by visiting http://upthedalenotforsale.co.uk.
  • Use Easyfundraising regularly. We know we bore the pants off people by harping on about Easyfundraising but its literally free money for us. If 10% of the membership used it regularly, we’d be bringing in thousands. Visit our Easyfundraising page at https://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/daletrust/
  • Donate to our matchday collections. Maybe take a glass at home and set aside all change less than a quid, then bring it to our next home game. It all adds up.
