For the second time this season, Dale supporters have walked to Accrington Stanley to raise money for the 5-a-side pitch.
In total, fifteen different Dale supporters have made the journey to Accrington over two different visits, with four doing both walks. The first visit came amid two weather warnings, and despite the expected postponement, eleven walkers set off from Spotland to Accrington in March with nine making it all the way to Accrington, whilst those walking on Tuesday were rewarded with sunshine and three points.
Any of those who have done the walk who have money to hand in are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. You can either hand the money in at the Trust desk before the Wycombe or Southend games, or if you would like to transfer electronically, please email info@daletrust.co.uk to arrange this.
