Representatives from the Trust met with the club on Wednesday afternoon regarding the food kiosks at the Crown Oil Arena.
We undertook a survey of supporters in July regarding the kiosks and about what changes supporters wanted to see. We had 243 responses to the survey which expressed a number of concerns.
We took the results of the survey to the club, along with a number of complaints that we have received via email and social media following Saturday’s game with Peterborough United.
The club have welcomed the findings of our survey and are acting upon it. They want supporters to know that they are taking the comments on board and are taking this very seriously. The club intend to discuss this with the appropriate people at the earliest opportunity.
The Trust would like to thank all the supporters who took the time to complete the survey and those who emailed the Trust over the weekend with their concerns.
