Rochdale Supporters Trust hosted “Curry On Up The Dale 8”, last Maundy Thursday at Pavilion II Restaurant on Spotland Road.
The triple bill guest speakers were Dale legends Steve Whitehall, Mark Stuart & late substutute Dave Thompson (replacing Shaun Reid who unfortunately couldnt make it) who all didn’t disappoint as they gave humorous review of their careers which included a staggering 808 appearances & 166 goals for the Spotland club.
There were also a lot of fun and games on the evening, including stand-up bingo, raffles & auctions.
A silent auction was run for a rare and authenticated piece of memorabilia – a framed commemorative Dale shirt v Tottenham at Wembley Stadium (FA Cup Fifth Round Replay).
