Events organised by the Dale Trust have seen Dale fans raise over £2400 for Joe Thompson’s #Grow for Joe campaign!
The quiz night and Q & A with Keith Hill, Player of the Season Evening ticket sales and raffle all contributed to an excellent amount which was passed onto Joe’s justgiving page, if you want to donate direct you can do here.
The donation from Dale fans takes Joe’s fundraising over £15,000, on Joe’s twitter feed he responded by saying ‘#ThankYouEverSooMuch over £15,000 now #progress’.
Grow4Joe is a charity set up by Joe Thompson following the diagnosis that he is suffering from Nodular Sclerosing Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer.
The Trust want to thank everyone for there hard work and donations and join all Dale fans in wishing Joe all the best for the future.
