Following the Launch of the Trusts official Squad Builder Fund and Fighting Fund the Trust would like to thank all who have donated to date, figures collected to date can be found HERE.
With many fans already donating and pledging support we especially wanted to highlight and thank one group in particular who have got together as a collective who’s aim is to collect funds for the Squad Builder not only by conventional means but with some novel ideas as well and who have already been very successful with over £281 donated to the Squad Builder, a further £231 pledged by their “Go Fund Me “Page and many more people (approx. 100 to date) pledging a regular amount on a monthly basis, we are of course referring to the group “RAFC Bring Or Goodbye Sale” (colloquially now called “BOGS”
For this we have to thank dale Fan Mark “Willy” Williams (First left on photo) who thought of the idea and started it up, supported by colleagues, Jimmy Mush, Tony Bamford, Wayne Warburton along with all the dale fans who have helped Mark over the past two weeks achieve this initial figure.
The Trust met with Mark and the “BOGS” team on the 20th Jan to discuss ways forward, payment methods, funding ideas and to offer any help we could,

It is fair to say we came away impressed by the bubbling enthusiasm from Mark and his fellow fans, many who have already donated to the “BOGS” scheme, we also wanted to impress on people that this was a fan led initiative and not a Trust one and we are proud to support it, all monies raised will go to the Trusts established Squad Builder (SB)
To distinguish the income generated by Mark and the “BOGS” group followers and to show our appreciation we ask that those who do donate directly to the Trust Squad fund (Standing Order, a One Off, or Card Payments) and inspired by “BOGS” that they use the unique code “BOGS” in the payment reference section when they set up their payment, if paying by debit card, use the code instead of your name.
