The Trust have received a donation of £260 towards the Legal Defence fund by Trust member Tina Merrick Hernon.
Tina aimed to raise £600 that she intended to split between Hamer Boxing Club, Sacred Heart Football Club and the Trust’s UpTheDaleNotFor Sale campaign. However, she has absolutely smashed that by raising an outstanding £770. When you consider we’ve done walks to Accrington and Oldham in previous years, Tina’s efforts have been on another level by walking from coast to coast.
Her walk started on 12th June talking in 192 miles in just 13 days, finishing at Robin Hood’s Bay. We can only marvel at her fantastic efforts, and thank her for her contribution.
