The Trust’s April draw from among its junior members for a Dale shirt with their favourite players name on, has been won by a very happy Daisy Percy. We did not need the normal gentle whisper in our ear to tell us which player it might be as mum Remmy said straight away it would be Cashman (Hmm maybe some dual favouritism here!)
We are grateful to the club as normal for arranging the shirt and for Danny for taking time to come up to the 1907 lounge after the Walsall game and present the shirt to Daisy who was accompanied by step dad Gareth.
When the Trust first told mum, Remmy, that Daisy had won she was over the moon for her, confirming Danny’s name straight away and agreed to our request for our normal photo call but she did wonder if Daisy might be a bit nervous about a full presentation in front of every one, well Remmy, you need not have feared, Daisy was a true super star and we think the photograph shows it.

As a reminder, the Trust has a monthly draw (During the playing seasons months) for its junior members, the winner getting a football shirt with their favourite players name on as can be seen above.
To ensure that all junior members are eligible we do ask that a contact name and telephone number along with their DOB is added to the trust renewal form each year. I bet Daisy is happy that Mum made sure we had her details, although it was debatable who was the most excited!
Once again, congratulations Daisy, we look forward to seeing you with your mum and Gareth at the COA very soon.
