With Doncaster Rovers coming to town on Saturday, the Trust Desk will be once again in the Dale Bar ahead of the game.
We are expecting a busy one tomorrow with it being the first home game of the season and the perfect opportunity to join the Trust if you haven’t done so already. There will be plenty of Trust committee members about if you would like to speak to us about anything.
What is new for this season is our Trust quiz. In the Dale Bar, there will be distributed about a number of quizzes based on the Dale and Doncaster. The answers for the quiz will be available at the Trust desk and will be published on the Trust website on Sunday. There’s no prizes, but we hope it adds to your pre-match routine in the Dale Bar.
We also have the return of Guess the Crowd. We started this last season but it fizzled out for numerous reasons a couple of months into the season. This will be a Dale Bar only competition and will not feature on Twitter.
We will be running our Programme library again this season. We’re hoping to add to our stock of programmes, and also be a bit more organised with the. They are free for anyone to come and look at, and all we ask is that you bring them back afterwards.
We are once again sponsoring the teamsheets this season, and they will be available from the Trust desk at around 2:10pm depending on what time they become available. These have proved to be very popular over the past couple of years and stock as always is limited.
As mentioned above, if there is anything you would like to come and speak to us about, then please do so. We don’t just want to be the people stuck in the corner. Communication is a massive thing in everything that we do and that needs to be a two way thing.
