Following several comments to the Trust and the Club on Saturday morning for not issuing a statement regarding an update on Trust members being able to purchase tickets for all ticket games on the day of the match, we have the following statement –
We have spoken to Colin Garlick, Rochdale AFC Chief Executive, he states that the position remains the same. Trust members and exiled members can still buy tickets on all ticket match days. However, there are certain instances where the police will forbid this, which is beyond his (or our) control.
He assures us that no Trust member or Exile member made a request to purchase a ticket on the day of the FA Cup games.
He also asked us to point out that Trust members and Exiles have been included in the priority purchase period alongside season ticket holders for both the recent FA Cup games, which is a bonus afforded to our members.
The club did issue information stating not to travel without a ticket and you could not pay on the day but taking comments on board we will provide details to members via this site to avoid any confusion in the future.
