At the end of April, we will call the close of this membership.
Family membership was again discussed and will be revisited before the start of next season.
Membership for renewing for the 2025/26 Season will remain the same at £7.50 per person.
Trust Business
Bob Morrisey has been appointed Interim chair and is compliant with FSA Articles.
Emma Loynd and Vince Ashall have been ratified as Co-opted Trust Board Members.
Coach Travel
We are running a coach to Maidenhead and Altrincham.
It was decided that we would remain with the same coach provider for the remainder of the season as the difference in alternatives was negotiable.
Coaches for the 2025/26 season will be put to tender, with a focus on cancellation policies and toilet availability.
With the possibility of a Cup Final at Wembley, and the large number of seats allocated to fans, we will speak to the club about coach travel.
Club Board Representative
A job description is being formatted, and members will be asked if they want to have representation on the Club Board.
CAB Representation
Bob Morrisey and Dave Earnshaw are the named members.
If either of them are unavailable, a deputy from the board will stand in, so there are always two members present as agreed with the club.
Social Media
Primary account holders need to be more visible.
WhatsApp posts need to stick to business only. ALL non-Trust posts/ likes/ comments are NOT allowed.
Lung and PSA Testing / Personal Health
These are still being looked into along with other person health services moving forward.
Trust Sponsored Hospitality
Moving forward, funds permitting, we are looking into Trust Sponsored Hospitality for the end of the season/ start of the new season.
New Banner
The proof has been approved and should arrive within the next couple of days. A new travel banner is to be designed for the 2025/26 season.
Former Player Speakers
We have a full set of ex player speakers through to the end of the season.
Squad Builder
This will end at the end of March.
Alternative Projects Survey
There was no clear winner and so we are currently in talks with the club for ways in which we can move forward.
Hendo’s Project Update
A card was given to Hendo for his birthday from the Ruby, the Trust’s Youth Inclusion Officer, and young fans.
A scrapbook is being put together for the end of the season.
We are looking into the possibility of holding another ‘Shadow the Players’ Day towards the end of the season.
Season Cards Fans’ Focus Meeting
There was a strong Trust presence, but it was noticed that only one fan was in attendance.
POTM
The February winner is Sam Waller. The award will be presented on the 8th March at the Wealdstone match.
Exiles’ Day
All staff are in place and the event is ready to go. We are just awaiting the final number of attendees.
Next Meeting:- Monday 7th April 2025 at 18:30 at the Cemetery Hotel.
