The Dale Trust is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

• other information relevant to your membership of the Dale Trust

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• Ensuring that only members have the right to vote in Trust ballots, special meetings, AGMs and elections

By signing up to be a Trust member, you accept that we will send Newsletters, details of the AGM and any other meetings, details about coach travel and any other information relevant to your membership.

For the purposes outlined above, the Dale Trust will retain all information you provide only for the current and previous financial years unless you specifically request it to be removed (in full or in part) from our records.  Please see the ‘Your Choices’ section below for further details on how to change or amend the data we hold.
