As mentioned in the heading, Ruby, Trust Fan Liaison Advisor, and Kieron, our “Music Director”, are stepping outside their comfort zones to experience what sleeping rough feels like.
They’ll be joining the Big Sleep Out 2025 at the COA, and we’re excited to support them in this critical initiative!
So, on Friday, 29th August, Ruby Loynd and Kieron Babington will be swapping their beds for sleeping bags as they take part in the ‘Sleep Out so no one is left out’ 2025.
The Sleep Out is more than just a night under the stars. It’s a powerful initiative designed to raise awareness and vital funds to support those facing homelessness in our community.
No luxuries allowed, Ruby. We will be confiscating that drink!

All funds raised from the event will be split 50/50 between the Community Trust and Petrus, a local charity supporting people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Your donations will help provide vital outreach, resources, and support for some of the most vulnerable individuals in our area.
We’re calling on our Trust members, supporters, and wider football family to sponsor Ruby and Kieron’s efforts and help raise as much as possible for these two incredible causes. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference.
