We have been asked again if the Home kit for the coming season will be available this week, and though we got ahead of ourselves last week, the answer is yes.

Well, is it what you were expecting?
The Home kit will be available in-store and online in the newly branded club shop from 10 am on Friday, 4th July, and just for good measure, you can check we are correct as it is published on the club site HERE
In our interim CAB update, we referred to some exciting commercial initiatives that will bring a new look to Merch and our shop. The article published on the club website provides the final reveal as the Club announced a new partnership with The Terrace, who will become the club’s Retail Operations Partner on a multi-year agreement.
Credit is due to Andy Duff and the team for negotiating this opportunity. With revenue maximisation being a priority, the balance of achieving this while providing the very best for our fans without any detriment now seems to have been achieved.
Andy, at a Trust focus group (which was also video-conferenced) on January 31st, outlined key commercial objectives that would not only bring a new customer-facing experience but also a new way of managing commercial data and business management within the club. From a fan’s perspective, he delivered a new ticketing solution, as seen in Ticketing.
This solution is multi-layered and now enables a more effective commercial and marketing strategy, leveraging the data provided by the new system. The new system, Fanbase, is explained much more clearly than we could by Andy in his article here on the club website.
Preliminary discussions on the new kit evolved from a focus meeting on 24th November 2024 HERE, and taken forward by Andy and George to where tomorrow, or today if you’re reading this on the 4th July, becomes the day to get your hands on one.
Are there any more initiatives coming from Andy and Co? Yes, but we will leave that for a future date. Meanwhile, we hope to see you all at the Club Shop, where we’ll be collecting our new home shirts, as mentioned previously, so you’ll be ready for your summer jollies.
