As the picture illustrates, season ticket holders’ seats have now been labelled for the forthcoming 2025/26 season.
The Trust, as part of its commitment to the Season Card Holders, arranged and paid for the design and printing (Thanks Greg) of the seat stickers, which besides the date and reserved sign also features the wording from the recent Ogden Family Town Hall launch, “For Generations To Come” There will be further updates on this as the season progresses.
The Trust has been actively supporting and participating in the club’s “Volunteer Week”, which has been organised by the club’s Fan Liaison Officer and Trust liaison advisor, Ruby Loynd. A busy week indeed to which we understand will be reported in full by Ruby on the club’s website next week. We will feature more once that is published, but will content ourselves with a huge vote of thanks to Ruby and the club staff for facilitating a successful initiative.
It was during this week that a couple of Trust board members broke away and stickered the seats. We forgot we would have to remove many stickers which were out of date and on seats that were now not being used, even so, and even after the word “Reserved” was firmly etched on our minds, we had it done quicker than we thought, though the joints on both of us tell a different story!
There will be inevitable omissions as we were working to a list that was current a week ago, but new purchasers need not worry as Ticket Office staff will ensure that ones sold this week will be stickered accordingly, and Trust Desk staff will also have a small supply should the odd error have happened. Finally, a quick thanks to the club staff, Andy in particular, for allowing seat stickering for this season, and we know that it gives peace of mind to season cardholders.
If you have not purchased a season ticket yet, a bit unsure maybe, then you still can by calling in to the ticket office, which is housed during the week in the club shop or going online HERE and selecting one. Whatever you do, make sure you ask for a sticker for your new seat, and remember, prices are frozen at last year’s prices, not bad, eh!
