Although our opponents won’t be decided until the conclusion of the regular season on Bank Holiday Monday 5th May, we can confirm ticket details for the match.
ON SALE DATES
There will be a priority window for Season Card holders to secure their existing seat, which will open at 1pm on Friday 2nd May. This window will end at midday on Tuesday 6th May, after which time tickets will be on general sale.
HOW TO BUY
Tickets will be available to buy online 24/7, in person at the Ticket Office or over the phone on 01706644648. However, please note that the Ticket Office will close at 5pm on Friday for the Bank Holiday weekend, reopening at 9am on Tuesday. Check out our usual opening hours HERE.
We can confirm that, despite our move to ticketing and fan engagement platform Fanbase for next season, tickets for this match will be sold through our existing provider Future Ticketing, as we are contracted to do so. After seeing the positive feedback from supporters when renewing their Season Tickets through Fanbase, we apologise for any frustration on this matter.
When buying online, Season Card holders must enter the number that is next to the barcode on their 24/25 Card (physical or digital) when prompted to do so. Once entered, this will pull through your seat and any others linked to your account (i.e. if you purchased a Season Card for another supporter). You can remove any seats that you do not want to purchase if necessary. Once you have finalised your selections, head to checkout, where you can finalise your purchase.
TICKET PRICES
Whilst it would have been our preference to reduce ticket prices for the game, as we did for our home FA Trophy ties, league rules state that standard match ticket pricing must continue for any home playoff tie. You can view our matchday ticket prices HERE.
HOME / AWAY STANDS
All blocks in all regular home stands will be open to Dale supporters, with the Willbutts Lane Stand open to visiting fans only. As per National League rules, away fans will be given 15% of the Crown Oil Arena capacity, which we expect to be less than 1,500 tickets in total. Visiting supporters will be situated in the central blocks of the stand.
The Ratcliffe Bar will be open from 5pm on the day, with a BBQ food kiosk situated outside, courtesy of Scratch Catering.
HOSPITALITY / LOUNGE PASSES
Hospitality packages for the tie will go on sale at 1pm on Friday, priced at £60. This includes a welcome drink, a three-course meal, a Q&A with Dale legend Keith Hill, plus more.
Alternatively, a limited number of Lounge Passes are available to purchase for £5. These are only available when buying a ticket for the David Kilpatrick Main Stand and allow access to the AK Lettings Bar, where a pizza station will be open.
