It was poised to be the largest turnout for the Daletrust “Player of the Year” vote in recent years, and indeed, it was!
Although the Trust has organised this vote, it’s always been open to every fan, and this year we saw a fantastic turnout with a record number of Trust members participating! With votes coming in from all corners of our fantastic fan base, we proudly crown, our POTY, Kyron Gordon, as the 2024/25 Player of the Year.
Trust Chair Bob Morrisey presented Kyron with the award during the awards event in the Ratcliffe following our exciting last-scheduled home win against Hartlepool.
Kyron was accompanied by his daughter for the photo shoot, and was seen whispering in the Trust Chair’s ear to “Hurry Up”!
