The Trust would like to place on records its congratulations to Daniel Adshead following his debut for the club in Tuesday’s 4-0 victory over Bury.
Adshead has been sponsored by the Trust this season, along with Jordan Williams and on the thirtieth anniversary of the previous record being set by Zac Hughes, Adhead’s appearance at 16 years and 17 days set the record for the youngest player to ever make a first team appearance for the club.
Not only that, it was a fine performance by the young midfielder with a clever assist for our 2nd goal.
