More money from Easyfundraising

The Trust have received two cheques this week from Easyfundraising with a total value of £246.54 meaning that Dale fans have raised over £2000 in total using this.

The Trust signed up to Easyfundraising a few years back as a way of supporters raising money for the Trust simply through their online transactions. With each online purchase, a small donation is made to the Trust and this has now reached the stage where we have received a total of £2,010.87.

If you’ve never used it before, you register on the website with the Trust as your chosen charity, and if you are making any online purchase, use this link http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/daletrust before doing so.

As we always state, we are not looking for any supporter to pay more for any purchase than they would do ordinarily.  If you can get something cheaper elsewhere, then go for it, but thousands of the online retailers that people use day in, day out are linked in with Easyfundraising, and the retailer will donate a small amount from your purchase price back to the Trust.

If you’re using Amazon, booking flights, having a stay away, looking for a mobile phone, renewing insurance etc – practically anything online, then use the http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/daletrust link to search first before doing so. If you don’t use the link first, you’ll have exactly the same prices but no money will make its way to the Trust.
