TODAY’S MASCOT
Oliver Farrar, who is performing mascot duties is eight years old next week and lives in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, where he attends Birkenshaw Primary School.
He plays tootball for White Rose All-Stars, is a very capable goalkeeper and has already been approached by Barnsley after playing against their Academy Team.
For those who went to the game at Barnsley, Olly was the boy who won the half time penalty shoot-out and loved the applause he received from the travelling Dale Fans.
His favourite players are Josh Lillis and Ian Henderson.
DALE TO LATICS FUN RUN
What a fantastic day some of our Community Trust members hadrunning the seven miles to Oldham with numerous other people including Rick
Ashcroft and his Youth Players & Staff, Dale Trust members, Dale
employees and loads more.
It was great to see so many people supporting @TeamEllis along the way plus Dale supporters on the way to Boundary 
Park.
Pledged to us at the Community Trust so far is over £650 which will passed onto the Dale Trust as soon as we have the payments promised.
To cap it all there was a brilliant performance and result by the players and my grandsons were mascots.
Our thoughts and best wishes go to Ellis on his long road to recovery.
KINDER SPORT UK FUTSAL CUP
For the 
second year running we were knocked out of the national competition at semi-final stages, which was a massive disappointment to the players taking the long trip to Derby last week.
After three wins, one draw and a loss in their group of six teams, they were beaten 3-1 by Grimsby Town.
Results were:
Southampton “B” 2-0: Alex Wilcock, Adam Gordon
Bradford City 1-0: Adam Gordon
Southampton “A” 1-1: Adam Gordon
Norwich City 1-2: Adam Gordon
Brighton 3-1: Adam Gordon, Dan Licata, Brad Hancock
