Trust Mission Statement

The three Trust objectives for the forthcoming season are as follows:

  •  Strengthen the link between the supporters and the club
  •  Increase communication between the Trust and its members
  •  Increase the membership of the Trust

Strengthen the link between the Supporters and the club

This is to be achieved by:

  • Hosting regular meetings with the Directors throughout the year, seeking members’ questions to be asked, with a full report published following the meeting.
  • Ensuring supporter feedback is listened to by the club, and where appropriate acted upon.
  • Working with the club on projects of mutual benefit with the community
  • Investigating a future fundraising project that is to the benefit to the club and / or the members

Increase communication between the Trust and its members

This is to be achieved by:

  • Ensuring that the website carries regular updates about the activities of the Trust
  • Ensuring that a full report of each Trust Committee meeting is published on the Trust website
  • Publishing regular emailed newsletters to all members
  • Hosting three Consultation meetings for members throughout the season
  • Being available to supporters at each Saturday home game throughout the season
  • Ensuring that the Trust’s charity of the year is chosen by its members through the Trust website

Increasing the membership of the Trust

We are looking to do this by:

  • Attracting 500 members of the Trust
  • Attracting 150 members signing up through the new Trust website
  • Ensuring that the Trust maintains a minimum of a hundred exiled members
