Bobby Grant was voted as the Dale Trust Player of the Month for September following a poll of Dale supporters.
September was a particularly fine month for Grant with five goals scored in his seven appearances for the club following his signing from Scunthorpe. Andrew Tutte came second in the poll, followed by Joe Rafferty.
Trust member Lewis Bamford presented Grant with his award after the home game with Fleetwood on Saturday. Lewis’s name was drawn at random from all of the votes by Trust members, and as well as making the presentation, he was given a matchworn shirt of Grant’s.
